When Are You Most Fertile?

The most fertile time for a woman is during ovulation, which typically happens 12-16 days before your next period starts. This is because the egg is only viable for up to 24 hours after it's released from the ovary. Therefore, if sperm isn't present in the vagina at the same time as the egg, pregnancy cannot occur. It's important to note that every woman's cycle is different and ovulation can occur up to 7 days earlier or later than expected.
